Hi, I'm Katja.
I am grateful to have you here with me.
Movement has always been part of my life: I trained for many years to become a dancer before discovering my love and passion for Pilates and Yoga in my early 20s. I started my teaching journey in 2004 and have not looked back since then. I believe in the power of movement and that it should help us feel good about ourselves so in turn we can be the best version for the people in our lives.
My passion for Pilates & Yoga continues to inspire me every day. In many years of teaching I have witnessed countless times the positive impact a regular movement practice has on people's well-being.
I am excited that together we can share our movement journey of learning, exploring and progressing. I am here to encourage, guide and support you and hope that my videos provide you with a calm place to exercise safely, to feel stronger and more confident and to become your happiest self.
