Do I need experience in Pilates or Yoga to join?

No! The calendar is suitable for all levels. Every class includes options and modifications so you can move at your own pace. Feel free to adapt as needed and always listen to your body and follow your own medical advice.

How long are the daily classes?

Classes range from 20-35 minutes, perfect for a daily ritual that fits into your schedule.

When will the classes be available?

A new class is released every morning from 1st to 24th of December at 5am UK time, right here on the platform. You’ll also receive a daily email with a link to your routine. Classes remain available on the platform, so you can do them at a time that suits you. And don’t worry if you miss a day or two - the entire series will stay online, ready for you to return to anytime.

Can I access the classes after December?

Yes! All classes remain on the platform, so you can revisit them whenever you like.

How do I join the 24 Days of Pilates & Yoga Advent Calendar?

If you’re already a member, you’re in - the Advent Calendar is included in your membership at no extra cost!


If you’re new, simply choose the membership plan that suits you best and start your 7-day free trial. You can cancel anytime (no hard feelings!:)


Alternatively, try the first 3 classes for free here one the platform (or on my YouTube channel) to get a feel for the calendar before committing.

What equipment do I need?

For most classes you need just your mat, a cushion and yourself. Just a mat to start! For some classes we use light props like an overball, light weights, or resistance bands, but these are optional.
